**Day 1: Saturday, July 20**
- 6:00 AM: Meet at Satdobato, Lalitpur, light breakfast and depart for Manikhel
- 11:00 AM: Arrive in Manikhel village, check into homestay
- 12:00 PM: Lunch (Dal Bhat/Dhido set)
- 1:00 PM: Hike to Kaleshwor Mahadev Temple, Simba Falls and explore
- 5:30 PM: Return to Manikhel
- 7:30 PM: Dinner and cultural program (Dal Bhat/Dhido set)
- 9:00 PM: Stargazing

**Day 2: Sunday, July 21**
- 6:00 AM: Morning tea/coffee
- 7:00 AM: Breakfast (Fapar/Kodo pancake, tea/coffee, fruits, egg)
- 8:30 AM: Nature walk around Manikhel
- 11:00 AM: Check out and lunch (Dal Bhat/Dhido set)
- 1:00 PM: Depart for Kathmandu
